
A week-long trip to the Smoky Mountains proved to be just the kind of 3DAY training I needed! 8 miles of 'strenuous' hiking (as dubbed by NPS) ending at a waterfall is definitely my cup of tea (or rather... my nalgene bottle of water?). Here are a few picks from a great week of getting stronger for the 3DAY. What a fabulous way to see a new part of the world, enjoy a week-long anniversary celebration with my hubby, and score some entertaining 3DAY training!
